Another step forward: we’re Good Business Charter accredited

We’ve always believed that how you do business matters as much as the work itself. That’s why we’re proud to be accredited by the Good Business Charter: a proper, independent check that shows we’re walking the talk.

Why this matters (beyond the badge)

The GBC isn’t a participation trophy. It’s a 10-point checklist to prove you’re not cutting corners on pay, planet, or how you treat people. No cherry-picking, no averages. You either meet all their standards (paying suppliers on time, ethical sourcing, employee wellbeing, etc.) or you don’t get in.

We’ve always aimed to tick these boxes anyway, but here’s why we wanted the accreditation:

  • Accountability: like a gym buddy for ethics, it keeps us honest.
  • Transparency: shows clients and team exactly where we stand.
  • The bigger picture: joins a movement making “good business” the norm, not the exception.

What’s actually different?

If you read our Living Wage post, you know fair pay is non-negotiable for us. The GBC builds on that with commitments like:

  • Environmental action: just because we’re remote doesn’t mean we’re off the hook — we’re still keeping tabs on our impact.
  • Supplier fairness: getting paid on time shouldn’t be a bonus, it should be the baseline.
  • Team support: from remote flexibility to giving people a real say in how things run, we’re focused on building a workplace that works for everyone.

No back-patting, just responsibility

We’re sharing this because transparency matters (not to brag or anything). If you’re going to work with us (or work for us), you deserve to know where we stand. And if this nudges even one client to ask, “Could we do better too?”, that’s a win.
