February has been a busy month for the team at Ultimately Better!

At the start of the month we had our first co-working day at the createry coworking and content studio space in Nottingham.
As a primarily remote company we spend most of our time working from our homes and although the UB team are regularly on video and voice calls together, a little in-person time helps boost camaraderie amongst colleagues. It also gave us a chance to demonstrate and share tidbits of knowledge which (hopefully!) makes everyone’s job easier.
The createry meeting space was a perfect venue for the day offering tea and coffee facilities, super fast WiFi, kitchen and bathroom facilities and more. It’s conveniently located a short walk from Nottingham train station which is ideal for those of coming from further away. We’re looking forward to meeting up at the createry again in May.
As the month drew to a close, we saw junior developer Christine join the team bringing the internal employee count up to four. Christine is a paramedic-turned-developer and that ability to keep calm under pressure will surely help in juggling the demands of a busy web agency. Welcome to Ultimately Better, Christine! 🙂
As we enter March we are rapidly approaching the third birthday of our little agency, and as a little birthday present to ourselves we recently had our branding and website design updated by Nick Koch. I’m not going to spoil the surprise and reveal anything yet though, you’ll just have to watch this space…
