Debs started in ecommerce over 20 years ago, focusing on retail customer experience and digital operations, and spent the latter half of her career leading multi-million pound accounts for a large ecommerce agency.

After taking a career break to have her children, she’s enjoying leaving behind the corporate red tape and being able to focus on things that really make a difference to small and medium business owners. Her focus at Ultimately Better is on processes, project delivery, client satisfaction, and generally helping out wherever she can. Just don’t ask her to actually code. It’ll end badly for everyone.

Outside of work, Debs can mainly be found facilitating the extracurricular and social lives of her small children. With the time left over, she loves watching live comedy, and taking a peaceful walk followed by a pub lunch. Preferably with a good glass of red.
